Put together a small knowledge base about motion problems. Alternatively you may also work with miscellaneous problems. Try to classify the given question (problem) types and arrange the mathematical and physical basics and give typical heuristic means and principles that might help with solving these problems.
It should be no more than one DIN A4 page.
Come up with a worksheet with samples of the topic of motion problems (or miscellaneous problems) for ca. 60 minutes working time for a predefined group of students. Choose a motivating kick-off. Be aware of a fair share of difficulties and enough challenges for more efficient students!
On top of that heuristic elements are to be highlighted. Special reflexion tasks are helpful for that i.e. "What helped me / us to solve this problem?
